Sign-ups & pledges

Everyone who tapped “I can help”, “I'll donate” or “Join the HAA team”. Names and emails are only visible here — the public site shows counts only.

📧 Email alerts: every new sign-up is also emailed to homeacademy@olhca.org and vincent.caputo@gmail.com (from Netlify — check spam the first time). To change who gets them: Netlify → olh-haa → Project configuration → Notifications → Emails. This page is the full list either way.

Events & fundraising

Add the exact date once an event is confirmed — it then shows on the calendar, gets a countdown and goes into the subscribable calendar feed. Until then the month is used (“date TBA”). Enter Goal and Raised in dollars; the Race for Education's raised amount comes in live from olhrace.com automatically.

Event wish list (donated items & prizes)

Items families can pledge to donate. Qty needed 0 = “as many as possible” (no progress bar). Items for past events hide automatically.

Volunteer spots

Spots per event (starting numbers come from the HAA Event Planning Guide). Needed 0 = open-ended. When a spot fills, the sign-up button disappears.
